I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and schedule adjustments, so I respectfully request a 24 hour notice. Any cancellation made less than, will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of your service. If it is more than a 24 hour notice please contact me directly and we will make proper adjustments. If you're more than 15 mins late for your appointment time, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case the cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your appointment for another date that is convenient for you. An true unavoidable emergency, all or part of your fee will go towards your future service. Emergency appointments can be requested if time is available for an additional $35 fee in order to book. An Cash app deposit has to be paid in order to secure the apt. All deposits are Non refundable.
